The room was comfortable but Booking.com's listing had stated that the room has outlets by the bed《NO!! - Only 2 Outlets in the WHOLE room 1) by the TV (which is on the opposite of the room; thankfully we brought a long surge protector from home so we could get power for medical equipment) 2) 1 socket in the bathroom

When room was booked from Booking.com room was booked for 2 Queen Beds but when we arrived our room only had 1 bed

For the 2 bed room located in the corridor feels old, dirty, rusty and musty.Wifi doesn't even work and you hear everything from the rooms next door.Better to stay in a pricier nicer hotel and feel comfortable.

Front desk clerks rude. Intrusive and unhelpful. Overpriced and generally unpleasant, especially for a hotel in wonderful Mexico, where services are usually first rate and friendly. This place was clean and modern. But has all the charm of a high-school cafeteria. I'll be staying elsewhere next time.

Room was clean and smelled nice. Big shower, and the hand-made furniture was a nice touch. Price was great. Location was a little off the beaten path; nice for sleeping away from the noisy main street.

Stayed here again. This time in the second building. Furnishings were a bit less razzle dazzle, but the shower included a seat. Linens are a bit worn, but everything was clean. Price was lower than the other local hotels.

Happy to say this one is still five stars for me. I doubt I'll book anywhere else when I visit.

The place was neatly kept. In my experience I had technical issues with the television set in my room and tho the front desk clerk came to the room in person to see the issue he couldn't fix it. I must say I would pick this hotel again for a night stay and continue on a road trip but I am unsure id be on my top picks for more than overnight.

This place is simple and straightforward. If what you need is clean-enough and budget-friendly, this is the place. Stayed here twice, 7 years apart. Same deal each time: no major complaints u0026 cheap as heck. Very kind and friendly staff!!
