It's an ok place but the menus needs a few more options. The digital menus needs to be fixed but it's a pretty decent place. Food came out great.

This restaurant has the wing specials on Thursdays I went alone and was waiting for some friends and for the special of wings they served you 3 mini wings and a small glass of beer then the waiter takes off for 20 minute's and doesn't come back or even acknowledge that your there. The price is high 350 per person and it sucks.It is the worst place in Tijuana Mexico.

It was pretty good, Good service the food it was okay I order Onion rings it was okay had better. Nice place to have date meet someone to chat a more get to know each other thing. Anyways good for couples.

A nice place for a Drink.
I recommend this for an after drink, a good variety of liquor and beer, they have some good "preparations" try the Mexxcal . Food is good for a bar, I like to order some fries with a couple of mixes.
Music is not too loud, DJ shuffles on a variety of 80's videos and modern tunes.
I've never seen it too crowd, which I personally like it.

I stayed at CiTy EXPRESS across the street. I walked to OXXO which is next door to Jagger's. I stopped at Jagger's and ordered food to my room and was told the front desk would take care of everything and take up to my room. Wait was like 30-45 minutes but an hour later and still no food. My kids are hungry and tired of waiting. We call them directly and no answer like ever. What a disappointment! Will never eat there or order from them again!
