Eva the receptionist has horrible customer service , a disgusting attitude and the cara de panocha that she gives you when spoken to her ! Really gives you horrible vibes! Should really get rid of her , that doesn’t give the hotel a good reputation since she’s the first vibe/thing you see. But the rooms were very clean no problems or bad comments on the cleaning Service did a great job Pleased ! Maybe will be back hoping to see the receptionist Eva and give her my feedback in person. Good day

Disgusting, dirty, cockroaches hotel! This is the most nastiest hotel experience ever. The cockroaches were crawling on the wall and on the floor they are everywhere.
There was a very strong smell of mold and sewer in the bathroom, which also came to the room even if the bathroom door was kept closed.
Besides the cockroaches also bed bugs. Do not stay there.

1 block away to the arch . This is my go to hotel cheap . Everything is walking distance to the action. Rooms are clean.

They offer a 4 hour express rate as well. M-Th is 232 pesos. Sencillo rooms are small with full size bed. TV with adult channels. Bathroom on the tight squeeze. Friendly staff. Just down the street from Revolucion Ave. Clean but they are stingy with the towels. Had to request for a couple of towels more than one occasion. Dressers beaten down. Some rooms with Kuma sutra seats. Windows to ventilation shafts. I don't know if I would stay a night.

Poor service and very dirty If you can stay in another place do it, it is full of cockroaches and they want to charge you extra for everything in short if you are going to have fun you will not do it in this hotel hotel ????????

Its decent hotel in TJ. They try to keep it clean and safe. Still saw roaches :/
