Very good accommodations, everything works, hot water,electricity. Safe and secure, surveillance cams in all corridors and the gym is under construction on top floor. Employees are professional and courteous always with one eye on security monitors. Speak English

The hotel is under construction at this time. Thus it may be a bit noisy at times and a but dusty. Even so, the rates are good and not a lot of guests in the hotel. It's close to the border and they have private security guard on site. Should be a great place when completed.

I tried to rent the room for a couple hours, but was denied because of the front desk lady and could only purchase the room for the night. After being there 10 mins, she help the person in the next room get 3 others inside the hotel to rob me of my phone, credit cards and money. Police did nothing and the story she tells them was nothing of the truth. Not to be trusted!

I rented a room for 1 day and was robbed of everything I had in the room. This included early Christmas gifts for 2 boys that recently lost there mother.

Customer Service is on top of their game. The red light district has this great hotel long over due.

Avoid. I was robbed by dishonest cops here. Scum sucking staff helped them.
