I wouldn't go to this place unless you were trying to save money. It's in a good location by the Macro plaza and it's pretty decent prices, but you will be calling the front desk alot. Dirty, dirty, bed bugs, u0026 mosquitos. Should I say more?

Reception could use some serious training in customer service. However this is not a five star hotel. Not all staff is helpful nor friendly. Conveniently located u0026 reasonably priced but poor quality, some areas appear to be getting refurbished. Overall a melting pot of sorts, you'll see a little bit of everything...

It was nasty. Parking is a problem and there were holes that stink with so many flies and mosquitoes. The room was full of them too.

When we got there the receptionist was attending us but stop in the middle of the conversation grab the phone and order tacos.
We had to walk all the way up to our room all the way to the top of the building and there is no elevator, when we got to the room stunk like cigarette and sure enough there was cigarettes on the floor. The room was dirty, they didn’t change the bed. We had to move to another room which also was dirty it even had gum stuck on the night table. When we told one of the employees that our room was dirty he said “are you sure” “ you’re probably exaggerating”. There were no phone or A/C.
The only reason we stayed is because we were really exhausted.

This hotel is infested with bed bugs. I got a room there and while I was sleeping I felt something bite me, woke up and saw I had several bite marks, checked the bed and found bed bugs. I asked for a refund was told that the manager wasn't available and that she'd be there the next day. Went back the next and the manager didn't want to speak with me, she just told her employee that they didn't refund money. I asked several times to speak with her but she never came out to speak with me. Don't ever get a room here, NOT HYGIENIC at all!!!

It was a unique experience had decent views cheap but clean and plenty of room

i was given a room on the 4th floor and the hotel has no elevators. I had to walk up 6 flights of steps with all my bags which took more then one trip. The rooms are way over prices. The moment i walked in the room, i saw a roach crawling up the wall. They supply you with nothing. Not even toilet tissue. Plus the lady at the front ripped me off thinking that i wasnt going to notice.
