Great hotel, the staff was friendly. Check in was smooth and easy. The room was very clean, renovated, and quiet. The bed was comfortable, which is what I was hoping for since I was in town for a surgery. The air conditioner worked well, the shower had good water pressure and got hot, and the walls were not paper thin. Overall a really good experience. The only bad thing was the amenities lacking in the room. The hotel is near a lot of restaurants

I stayed for the Baja beach fest weekend when all the stuff was happening with the cartel u0026 the hotel staff was super attentive, protected the entrance u0026 made sure all the people were safe! If you want to stay at a hotel in TJ I recommend hotel frontiere

The gym is still closed due to covid........ staff is friendly and helpful but this closed gym due to covid pretty much wrecked most of my trip.

Beware of this hotel. A lot of illegal activities and the staff are thieves. Stay at the Hyatt Place instead. My room got broken into and they stole all the pertinent things. They didn't do anything about it. Sketchy hotel!!

This hotel is a bit difficult to rate, overall I'd say it's a good value (on the weekend) for the location.. during weekdays better and cheaper places are available close by if you drive.

It's NOT a 3 star hotel, (if that matters to you). Your experience with this place will very base on which room you get, some of them are comparable to an older Motel 6 standard, some of them are close to what you'll find at Best Western, some rooms are newer and cleaner and some rooms are older and needs work.

There is a restaurant onsite, I never had a chance to try it, breakfast is not included but the restaurant does serve breakfast.

Parking is available in the courtyard and under ground level.

Elevator? Yes, but maximum 1 person!

Don't book this place from the "travel websites", you can do better in person!

3 stars for the hotel, plus 1 star for its location!

Has cockroaches, I pay for the ambassador suite and we found huge cockroaches and when we call the reception their answers was "we can send someone to kill them" not only the room was out dated and dirty, it was a disgusting experience, we will never stay in this place again

Rooms are dated but clean. Location is excellent and safe.
