i called last minute to check if there was anything available, there was BUT they wouldn’t give me the price, they would only provide the price IN PERSON, on arrival. HOTEL RULES she said. How ridiculous and arbitrary is that? That’s how much they care about their guests? DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Ac don't work , no cold water and on weekends $990 for double bed. Free wifi.

The room was disgusting. The ac/heater was broken. The bathroom had water all over the floor. The fan had an inch of dirt on it. I showed my friends the photos and they were shocked... do NOT go here. We left at 1am in search of a new hotel...

If you are looking for luxury this is not it! Not all rooms have working A/C but they will offer other rooms. It was ok for what we needed which is sleep. All staff was pleasant.

Dont recommend Restroom's are really dirty. I stayed 2 night's different rooms and both where dirty plus AC was not working. The room mirror was dirty several stuff from the room was dusty. Other than that place does look nice from the outside, 3 floors high.

Made reservations two weeks before arriving got confirmation number and even called to make sure everything was good the day recepcionist treat me courtious and even went out of her way by living a note what time we were arriving got no complains on her....but the nite receptionist was totally a nitemare her name is Viridiana We arrived at the hotel and I gave the reservation confirmation and my name she told me there was no reservation under my name even show her the confirmation and she kept denying the reservation we were tired from the trip since we drove from L.A with the family my kids were tired !!! I know some people from the Secretaria de Turismo from mexico which I will inform unfurtunately the business owner will loose some business because of people like Viridiana and as a Turist this type of experience makes me rethink going back To Tijuana.

A really good experiance so far..
All this for $33 dollars
With security included no way out or in with out asking the front desk.
