We where at this place for a few days. Of course the view is amazing. We used 2 different bedrooms and they both were as expected. Staff was great, we had no issues with anyone. I definitely recommend this place.

Like in many hotels in Mexico it has space for the couples that just need a quick place to be for 3 hours but it also has a full hotel service overnight Used by families with children, It's clean the water is warm and clean in the beds are nice the whole environment of the room looks luxurious on the outside of the hotel looks pretty nice too

The people were nice enough and the room was clean. There were no amenities such as cups, coffee, hand towels, ice, or water (though they did say you could buy bottled water at the office). They also charged us more than what was posted on the wall in the office.

NOT RECOMMENDED for folks sensitive to fragrances! Whatever they use to clean the rooms could be smelled from the parking lot, and even in two days time with the door/window open we couldn't get rid of the stench

DO NOT STAY HERE!! If I could give 0 stars I would!! The room smelled and everything inside was dirty!! Stained pillow sheets, stained and dirty sheets/blankets. Restroom towels were filthy!! Had rips and stains. The curtains are hideous. The bathroom needs to be fixed and clean. This room needs a makeover fast. New sheets, new curtains, new paint!! Will never stay here again. I've noticed the hotel will reply to reviews but TRUST me nothing is been looked into.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Pillows, sheets, and blankets had stains and looked like they hadn't been washed. Bathroom is tiny the cover to the toilet was not the right size yet it was on. The bathroom counter was not clean either. Used this place to sleep only and will never come back.

The bathroom is awful. Pillowcases had dirty stains. I don’t even know how it got so many stars from so many people. It’s pricy for what you actually pay for.
