Excellent service, insurance offices are there and take care of all the paper work. Nurse department is well trained to follow up on every shift. I hope I won't come back here soon, but me and specially my wife had a great surgery experience. Keep up the great customer service.

If I could give this place 1/4 of a star I would they are only after money and don't have any compassion for the patient! My mom went sick but she come out in critical condition ready to be put in life support,my sister brought her to this place the first time because being a private hospital you would think the care would be better but no! Pigs!

This is a small private hospital (3 stories) here in Tijuana y is very nice y very affordable. MY wife had gallstone surgery here, an the operation, doctor y room for 3 days 2 Night was only 36,000 pesos (about 2,500 dollars). Constant treatment by nurses after the surgery was done--was provided. Treatment y service from emergency room doctors to x-ray to nursing staff was outstanding. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. ALSO have a staff of doctors (specialist) on second floor here that do follow-up treatments or can advise you on treatment options if you are sick or in need of treatment before hospitalsation. Checking out of hospital was very fast y billing was done very fast y easy.

Awesome experience at this hospital. I'm a veteran and this hospital made the VA look like a 3rd world experience. The Staff and Doctors at Del Prado were amazing.

My mom suffered an anuerism. The doctor and nurses were extremely attentive, caring and professional. I would highly recommend this hospital. When she initially had her problem she was taken to a hospital in playas where they gave her meds and sent her home. She couldn't speak face dropped and has a heart condition, any idiot would realize that she needed to be admitted.

If you do not want to hold your newborn after birth or the first 24 hours or more do not give birth here. The hospital may be clean but it blows my mind that they take your baby away and you will not see him until you leave the hospital. And this is not the place for you if you want to exclusive brest feed. They formula feed baby since they are not allowed to be with mom. No skin to skin time! Blows my mind! If we would have knows this was gonna happen I would have never given birth here. I hope this helps anyone that is looking for a hospital to give birth.

I called and called like for at least ten minutes and no one never answered then I called another number and a Doctor answer I think he said he was Doctor Martinez. I have never been to this hospital but I was told that even though the building looks old they have very good doctors so I really had no idea what to do. If I had to make an appointment first r just walk in I asked the doctor that I needed to go now since I was feeling really bad he said if I hurry he could see me otherwise I would have to go to the emergency room. I just made the comment to
Him that yes I was feeling sick and if they would considered that an emergency I need the emergency room since I've had bad experiences in other places but then I asked why I had to go to emergency room if their were other doctors available that could see me since he said he could not see me because he had an operation and he still didn't want to recomend me to other then I asked what the cost would be for examination and got mad saying he couldn't say that on phone n I was wasting his time. I told him that I just wanted to know so I can have an idea of how much money to take with me since I don't like to carry a lot of money with me. In my opinion it should not be a problem if a person wants to know the price then just before I hung up I just commented to him that I got bit by a tick n started being rude by saying he doesn't do consultations over the phone raise his voice to me n said I was just wasting his time . I answered to him not trying to get a consultation over phone all I just said was I got bit by a tick and wanted to ask if that would be considered an emergency in the emergency room . Never in my life have I talked to a Doctor so rude n mean not caring at all for my illlness or problem all he kept saying was your wasting my time and that he didn't want or would answer no questions on phone . It seems all he cared about was money money money . I have money n I never called for free consultation all I wanted was to know price so that I can take enough money n if tick bite was an emergency so I can get aytented in emergency room. It was going to be my fist time going but after hearing that Doctor I don't want to even imagine how he treats his patients. So I decided to go somewhere else where I was treated with reaspect n kindness.
