They should implement a ticket system to handle their customers during high peak hours or when it gets hefty in there, because people lie about who came first and I have seen on several occasions aggressive behavior of customers; this gets sorted out quickly implementing this strategy, as well as perhaps installing help buttons in the isles I'm case some clarification is needed. Overall the products are decent quality but pricing could get competitive. They have a policy of bring able to changed parts of taken by mistake so long as you keep it intact and present tickets when coming back.

Unpleasant they give me Parts for a different car and the man try not to on or the warranty because I didn't have my receipt I had to bring to his attention to check warranty by my telephone number and he said it was not his mistake like he was not a representative of auto zone he needs a class in customer service and elemental human relations I should spread it on social media like wild fire but I want u 2 know it first yours truly Alfonso sarabia
