This is the only place my brother-in-law takes us for tacos de birria (goat) when we come to Tepic. Also known as Tacos de Birria de la Coca because of their location next to the distribution center. The tacos dorados are my favorite breakfast, crunchy and delicious. The birria is slow cooked, chopped up and placed in a charcoal fueled broiler to get it a little crispy before putting in a tortilla. It’s not unusual to wash them down with Coke.
