¿Cómo se le puede llamar "Parque de la Dignidad" con semejantes condiciones? Basura por todos lados, indigentes durmiendo en el, todo grafiteado, los chavos acuden a drogarse, no hay nada de seguridad y ni una podada al pasto o árboles, hay un agujero donde o cayó un cachorro y murió ahí, o alguien lo echo ahí por que esta lleno de basura.
No sé de que manera llego a éste punto pero ojalá su presidenta #GeraldinePonce ponga cartas en el Asunto, por que el que haya estado antes se vé que ni una vuelta se dio por acá.
