A nice choice for breakfasts or lunches. They offer standard Mexican fare, and make great enchiladas. A nice place to stop for aguas (on my most recent visit the choices were guava or watermelon) or smoothies, and a fruit plate served with a pitcher of honey.

The decor is bright and lively, the service is great. I very much recommend El Verde as a place to stop and refresh yourself while visiting downtown Tepic.
