Too expensive for what offers, rooms were in lower quality, my ac didn't work, reported to front desk and didn't nothing to fix it. This is a motel quality or lower, could use a lot of improvements to get the hotel status. Sorry try fray junipero serra next time

Not as advertised. This hotel is very run down. The inner rooms save you the street noise but they have windows to the corridor (why???) which has a light on all night. Not a great setup. The beds are terrible, must be 20 or more years old. You can feel every spring. For the price and what the positive reviews seem to say, we were so disappointed. The location however is fantastic being right in the middle of the centre of town. I recommend the area, but choose a different hotel.

The room have big enough for my children and I. The Staff was very nice and helpful. The food was great, especially the beans and tortillas. The room was clean. The only problem was that there is no elevator and with luggage, it was some work getting our stuff up the stairs.

I'm really enjoying myself here it's friendly people and nice accommodation a lot very well stocked with towels and soap and everything you need to have an enjoyable stay I'll come back

Had a very nice holiday stay here. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and the hotel is located in downtown Tepic, very close to the main plaza and Cathedral.

Is very good place, the restaurant is clean and the food is very tasty, i like so much, but the service is a little slow.

Big comfortable room, big wonderful bad.great location in centre.
