Loved this place!
Great service and just elegant beauty all around. The balcony view was superb!

This was very affordable excellence.
I know Tepic isn't a tourist destination, but if you find yourself there for any reason you should definitely check this place out.

Room was lovely with a Juliet balcony. True old world feel. Restaurant had wonderful service, great food and reasonable prices. As a US citizen this was a highlight on our trip, and a big bargain too.

Lovely property and staff but really in disrepair!
Bedroom door didn’t lock when we left so we locked valuables in car . Aircon set at 81 and couldn’t be moved. Opened window instead. Rooftop wading pooll is really dirty and rooftop lounge not in operation. Elevator not eorking so we had to use the stairs????. Ok so the good, location is great - in the middle of it all. Gym is decent. Lounge downstairs is great and staff are friendly. Nice colonial feel to the hotel. Safe parking garage.

The rooms are nice and roomy and the beds big and soft. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. My ranking is for the restaurant staff. While some waiters are great and very attentive others are borderline rude while one shift supervisor was extremely rude when I called asking for an invoice they had forget to send. He continually talked over me and interrupted. Based on the hassle of having to deal with him I'll be staying at the Fray Junipero Serra the next time I'm in town.

We ended up staying for 2 nights - we thought the rates were very reasonable for a lovely room. The bed was huge, soft and luxurious. The bathroom area was also very nice. We had a 3rd floor balcony overlooking the square below. The Wi-Fi is pretty good. The restaurant is also lovely - the waiting staff are very attentive and friendly u0026 the salsa, which is made fresh in front of you to your specification, was really delicious! The only downside was that the rooftop area was not open - I think it is being renovated - as I would have loved to go in the pool up there. The room would be even better if it had a small fridge but no big deal as room service brought us an ice bucket up :)

We we ate some dinner and have a virgin drink and it was delicious and we enjoyed ourselves very much the atmosphere was very beautiful outside fresh when you look out the window and we'll go back
