Hotel Los Girasoles is a pleasant, restful hotel in the center of Tepic. The rooms are comfortable and complete. Everything works. There's even a freshly washed cloth provided just for removing make up and wiping away blood. Blood because I bleed easily for no reason, not because there's anything violent going on. Drinking water is always available, and coffee is provided in the lobby in the morning, if I remember right. The front of the hotel can be hard to locate on your first visit. It's just about in front of a OXXO and a Farmacia Guadalajara. The sidewalk out front is a stop on the routes of some taxis colectivos, which is convenient. The staff is helpful and friendly. The place was very quiet and peaceful throughout my estancia, as they say.

We stayed here twice on a recent visit to Tepic. Location is within easy walking distance of the main plaza, with shops and restaurants close by. The hotel is older and not fancy but it is a great value for money. Very clean, well maintained and well managed with a welcoming atmosphere. Front desk staff and housekeeping were both very helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Tepic.

A fantastic place to stay in downtown Tepic! The hotel is very quiet, and located just a couple of blocks from the plaza.

The rooms are comfortable, with good beds. They are very clean, and in good repair. The hotel provides shampoo and soap. The showers have good water pressure and hot water. There is a refrigerated water cooler (garrafón) in the hallway, and each room is stocked with a couple of bottles of water, too. The television and A/C work well.

The staff are extremely helpful. I've left my luggage with them after checking out of my room as I wanted to spend a couple of hours walking around the plaza, before catching my bus to my next destination- I've never had any problems doing so. When I left a bottle of conditioner in my shower, a housekeeper ran it down to the me while I was still waiting in the lobby for my ride.

Hotel Girasoles is just a great place to stay. And to make it even better, they are very affordable: a room for two adults currently runs $520 pesos /night.

Very nice place quaint and charming colonial decorations. A quite oasis of tranquility in the center of the city yet close to all. Clean rooms pleasant staff.

Very good downtown hotel. Pleasant staff, rooms are clean and comfortable. 2 persons $450 mxn. a/c and fans. 2 blks from the market, plaza, and cathedral. Parking is around the corner.

Sus habitaciones cuentan con lo necesario (aire acondicionado, pantalla con cable, ventilador de techo, agua caliente). Además puedes hacerte tu café o tomar agua fría sin costo.
