Great location. Unfortunately building is too old and lack of maintenance, no hot water after 9am-9pm. The hotel when we arrived was dirty, one of the bathrooms did not have a shower door and the water was running out. The hotel is old, it is big but if they gave it maintenance it would be nice. Was room 108. The heater is not working.

Friendly staff but the hotel has seen better days. The pool was ok but not cleaned well. The rooms were just ok nothing special but it was ok. The building all around is falling apart and is in need of repair.

Hotel management needs to invest in this property. Needs a lot, a lot of remodeling and new furniture. Needs new beds, pillows, towels, blankets, chairs, doors. Worst place to stay and spend your money. Photos on their website are easily for 10+ years ago because nothing is close to what they adverse. Location is not safe, still with doors thay require a key, yes that tells you that someone might have made a copy of that key.

I went to the bar/patio area for drinks and snacks and the service was pretty good. It was a slow night so the servers attention was all on us. The music selection was boring, however, and we had to ask them to let us play music, which felt fine since it's such a small area. Their Bluetooth devices were down however. We were there for a while, ordering a lot, so much that after a while it seemed like they were kicking us out. The lights started flickering, the music turned off, and then the server straight up brought us the check. It's a cool place to just hang out and get bit by mosquitoes, but that's it really. The wings were alright (buffalo, not BBQ) and they had a limited selection of beers. I wish they had cocktails, I would have ordered a lot more.

Great staff very friendly. Hotel doesn't have modern amenities but still very comfortable and cozy. Great location to enjoy Tepic's night life. There are various night clubs within walking distance. The hotel offers Suites with up to 3 private rooms. A great location to enjoy a night out and return and rest as a group. Be sure to try Tepic's local authentic cuisine from street vendors near the hotel after a night out.

Friendly staff very quite and clean super affordable a jr suit 3 beds 2 baths Plenty of space to move around less then $5obucks.
