Restaurante P.F. Chang's Altama Tampico

My boyfriend and I had a very poor experience. The servers were all standing around not tending to the customers. He had to get up from the table and walk over to ask them to bring us a refill on beverages. When our appetizers arrived we had to ask for the sauces that accompany them. When our entrées arrived they were cold and for the two meals only provided us one bowl of rice. I ordered a sangria and it was different than I’ve ever had before and not at all good. For the money that we spent the value was definitely not there extremely disappointed.

It all started when I was served all the first and main courses together (who can eat everything?). Second thing the waitress made a mistake in my order and I had to cancel my meal because the manager could not find any solution (and does not know how to bring out a satisfied customer!) And did not even offer a single solution !!! . After that he just told me that there is nothing to do and that I am welcome to eat what is left and that's it. We were in 3 restaurants of this chain and really enjoyed but the manager and this branch was a nightmare!

Found this PFs to be great. The food was excellent and so were the prices. Also the atmosphere inside was really nice and the restaurant very clean overall. Very nice and courteous staff. I highly recommend it.

The food quality and quantity is excellent, but the service is really bad, they are not polite at all the only one polite is the manager

So far the service not good, food was cold we order two meals and they just bring one little bowl of rice
Managers and servers seating on a table and no checking the costumers so far the worst service and experience here at P.F. Chang’s altama Tampico
