Very bad service in restaurant. Waiting around 20 min just to make order. Coming to waiters 2 times and more to remind about our order. Also they sometimes forget about items we just ordered. No fridge in room!

Very unpleasant rooms with a bad smell, they had to change rooms 4 times the beds very bad smell terrible conditions I did not return even if they gave me it for free it was an unpleasant stay

avoid from this hotel!!
the reception, so so slow to do something.
i couldn't use internet because the person in reception forgot to give me the ticket for wifi.
until the second day, they never gave the tickets for the breakfast even my reservation include breakfast.
and finally, i asked them about the breakfast ticket, and they talked about me behind me. with the word "Chino". how can use the word as super Racist to a customer! the worst experience in Tampico.

Amaizing staff, food, and rooms. Parking was a little bit annoying cause you need to park under the main square, but they help with tickets.
