Had an excellent breakfast here, at a great price. The food was good, the service was excellent. Unlimited coffee was great... They certainly kept our cups full. And of course, the pancakes were delicious!!

This has to be the worst IHOP In the world. Poor management, poor service and food that was disgusting. You wait for 30 to 45 minutes to get a table, then 30 to 45 minutes for a waiter. The food taste like it was cooked on a dirty griddle with old oil.

I guess its what you can expect ? Being in Mexico where you can get fresh ham fresh bacon, fresh orange juice and fresh lemonade I ended up coming here for those. Sadly they felt short to what you can expect in america. Lemonade was not natural but more of a container same for the juice. Eggs weren't as we asked for. They waitress was very nice but the guy delivering the plates was just a buffoon we were the only couple in the separate section then more couples ended coming in we were the last to be served after being the first to have ordered. They ended up giving our plates to another couple.( No discount on their behalf for their mess up after weve been waiting for 20 mins) Even after paying almost 500 pesos for this service. I certainly learned my lesson and for those 500 pesos I could end up going to el centro and get the same food with freshly squeezed lemonade and orange juice plus and instead of being food for 2 I could feed 4 or 5 people.

Way to over priced.
Wouldn't recommend.
There is a lot of staff but it seems like there is no order and tables seem to be waiting for a long period of time for attention.

Great food great service at a reasonable price love it had breakfast and lunch there only problem was chosing between the meals they are all good Pedro the waiter was very nice did a fantastic job

Bad very bad. Pancakes mix was not good. What you get that had a picture with lots of fruits comes with only one. Coffee was less then adequate. More like something in the line of instant coffee. Building is not made to lower the decibels of a regular crowd. It seemed to augment it. And the general service was not good. We had to wait a long time for the waiter, our plates and for any other little thing like a coffee refill (even if as not good) I will never be going back.

Classic IHOP experience party of two, food tasted good as expected but my meal was cold to the touch. Staff did not speak much English but worked with us to get our order. Prices were higher than expected.

Tourist Bonus: check out the stream beside the parking lot for many sun bathing iguanas and turtles!

Very different that what is known in the USA. Here seems like a high end restaurant. Waiter/waitress attention is good. Tables and chairs in good condition. Coffee is a bit strong. But overall, no complaints.
