Customer service is great, all the workers that see you welcome you and greed you. The hotel is in a good location , the rooms are ok for the price. The pool is a bit different but pretty cool.The parking is guarded by cameras , I will visit this place again when in Tampico, VR.

I found the hotel to be very pleasant, the staff were super, friendly and attentive when I spoke to them. The room was stuffy going in but once the air was turned on it cleared up. Room was 2 beds, clean, desk, dresser, no micro or frig. beds were hard but acceptable. TV was small, but then I didn't rent the room to watch TV. Got a room in the back so the view was the back of the KFC's back door, parking lot. The hotel is in a busy location but the noise level never was a concern and I sleep really good. Parking was good, but watch out having to squeeze in some areas are tight, might be better just going to the 2nd level and walking down. Hotel does have a pool sadly didn't get to use it on this trip. But just an excuse to do so on my next trip. Only 2 bath towels in the room so don't forget it at the pool. Housekeeping staff is very good at making sure the rooms are kept up. Anything you need let them know, don't want to be disturb by staff put the sign on the door and take the phone off the hook. Would stay definitely stay again.

Very clean hotel with quite large rooms. Staff is very pleasant. Nice pool area but not much for sun exposure. Lots of parking. The restaurant was okay but the continental breakfast could have been better. Would stay there again.

My stay in this hotel was very comfortable the air conditioning worked perfectly.
The internet was kind of a slow but anyway it worked.
The bull is pretty small but anyway my children have fun.
The shower work perfectly, everything was pretty clean.
But
The staff didn't speak a word in English, there were some American tourist having a nightmare I had to step in to translate.
The only very very bad part of the stay there is that the breakfast was supposed to be included which it was but the breakfast sucked.
Generic no-name type of cereal, I milk the glass not from a cow it was from a plastic bag, actually I saw the bag and it was a milk substitute.
I coffee that's why I was like ground coffee grains boiled in water and then filter it was very bitter.
And the orange juice was actually Kool-Aid

Good hotel. Entrance is a bit small, air conditioning is noisy but works good. Room is clean and ordered. Room cleaning is good and work quality is good. Linen is good quality. Had a little water leakage on hand wash knob

It's a nice place to stay, the rooms are clean and there is a nice swimming pool. The location is really convenient, it's close to the shoppingmall (10-15 minutes walk), where you have a foodcourts, a movie-theater and more.
During our stay the internet was terribly slow and breakfast is not amazing, but I hope they will improve this.

The hotel was completely middle of the road. Service was decent, although it took a lot of talking to get even small favors. Breakfast was not bad, seemed to be all precooked things, but that is to be expected. Overall, it is a decent hotel for the price in the event of an overnight stay. Would recommend for business trips and otherwise.
