The employee was a half an hour late to work as we waited to pick up our rental. Then the customer service was terrible too. He wouldn't even look at us whenever he mumbled a few words. On top of that, he lied about the gas level on the paperwork when he said there was a full tank, which there was not. Dropping off the car was a little better, but still disorganized. There are a lot of other rental places here, might as well try your luck with one of the others.
