First let me say that we are from the states and recently moved to Queretaro Mexico. We were very lucky to find a vet that spoke English. She was kind and sincere and even though we didn't get good results about our dog she was compassionate.

No me dio buena espina esta señorita llamada Xóchitl Plancarte, se nos hizo extraña la manera en cómo llevo la consulta y al momento de investigar en Google la clínica y ver varios malos comentarios acerca de diagnóstico erróneos y cobros excesivos… la señorita se ofendió y casi nos llamo ignorantes.
Preferimos ir a otro lugar y le pedí su explicación “médica” escrita y le pedí que por favor me pusiera su cédula profesional llevándome la sorpresa de que no contaba con ella pero que la M.V Helia la respaldaba.
Lo curioso es que no estaba en ese momento la M.V Helia supervisando las consultas que está mujer estaba dando en un horario de URGENCIAS.

Recién acudi con mi perrita a esta clínica pues tenía dolor no sabíamos si en su estómago o Columna, por qué lloraba al estirarse.
Acudi a este lugar por antecedentes pasados de confianza que había tenido con otros perritos.
