Every time I visit Querétaro I go to this place. Some of the best tortas around. Wide variety and service is fast even when crowded. My mom and I have been going to this place for over 20 years

Great tortas, the service was fast. Be aware that they only accept cash payment. You have a nice view of the Zenea garden.

The lady at the register robbed me of 100 pesos. I was there solo and had the need to break a 200 peso bill which is why I gave it. The lady at the register took the bill and told me she didn’t have enough change to wait a minute. Then she disappeared. I asked another employee where my change was and she told me my help went to the restroom and would be right back. Once back I asked again. The lady told me “no it was a 100” then showed me the register to prove no 200 bills were present. I don’t have command of the language so she had me. Although I know she took it with her to the John.
It’s too bad because the torta was awesome and all the other employees were polite and efficient. For my remaining to weeks on Queretaro I would have been a repeat customer. Now, Willy’s Tortas will forever be memorable for the wrong reason.

Just to be a good tortas by 18 years ago. But what I don't know now why all this guy's on the reviews call cakes to tortas. Cake is pastel maybe we can say sandwich I think is more close to torta watever for me is torta and the real definition of cake is pastel . If you come to the USA and ask people give me a cake they gone a give you what you askn for. be carefully
