Whether is Quesadilla, Sope or Gordita, they are hand made and with minimal fat (which isn't common for this type of food but it's great!)
The taste it's just amazing and the huge variety of dishes to out on top or inside your choice is great! Definitely one of the places I'll visit at least once everytime I'm in Qro.
It's a bit hidden and not in a known avenue but it's worth the visit.

Cheap, tasty and many toppings to choose from, neighbor looks a bit sketchy but it's safe, on the next door there are Queretaro's traditional food.
