EN: The place is very worrying in matter of hygiene, taking into consideration these pandemic times. My main issue was with the bathroom. When we arrived I found a cigarette butt next to the tub, and the tub drain was obstructed with some disgusting cardboard like material and hair. The infuriating part about this is that I, staying two nights, asked the clerk to clean the tub, and when we arrived later, the cigarette butt was exactly on the same place, and the drain remained obstructed. Noticing the poor attention the personnel gives to cleaning, I got concerned about the hygiene of other things in the room, like the sheets and towels. Besides this, another problem we found is that rooms are very noisy. They are right next to a lounge, where other guests go to chill, you can hear everything. They have this bells clock, that makes noise every hour. We got woken up several times by this. They only give you a single sheet that for most summer nights is ok, but these days were cool and rainy, so we were cold. We chose this place because it was advertised with an Arabic theme, and I am somewhat arabophilic. But we got the rasta-moroccan room, with a very poor decoration. I was disappointed but not too much, because finally it was very cheap, like 25 dollars a night. Anyway I've been to 15 dollar motels with better hygiene. Their intention is good but their execution poor. It would be notably improved if they hired a guy kind of like Argus Filch to keep everything clean and working, there are few rooms, it's not that much work. I'm attaching a few pics of what I took out of the tub drain. I couldn't stand it, it was so disgusting to shower with my feet in that dirty puddle, so I unclogged the tub drain.
ES: El lugar deja mucho que desear en materia de higiene, en especial en tiempos de coronavirus. El principal problema estuvo en el servicio de limpieza del baño. Encontramos una colilla de cigarro y cenizas al lado de la tina, y el desagüe estaba obstruido con cartón y pelos. El agravante del asunto es que nos quedamos dos noches, la primera mañana le pedí al encargado que limpiaran el baño, y cuando regresamos por la noche la colilla de cigarro seguía exactamente en el mismo lugar. Se ve que el personal le pone la mínima atención al aseo. Al ver qué ni se asoman a la tina para darle una limpiada, me hace dudar que limpien debidamente las demás áreas de la habitación. Además del problema de higiene, las habitaciones están muy expuestas al ruido, están directamente al lado de un lounge donde a cualquier hora otros huéspedes salen a esparcirse, se oye todo. Tienen un reloj de campanas que suena las 24 horas cada hora aproximadamente, hace mucho ruido y nos despertó muchísimas veces. Otro problema fue que sólo ponen una sábana en la cama, esto debido a que vamos saliendo de la temporada de calor, pero nos tocaron días muy lluviosos y frescos, pasamos frío. Escogimos el lugar porque pensábamos que las habitaciones tenían temática árabe, y yo soy arabofílico. La habitación que nos tocó tenía temática rasta-marroqui, decepcionante, pero no tanto también porque fue muy barato, unos 25 dólares la noche. Pero he estado en moteles de paso de 15 dólares la noche con mucho mejor higiene. La idea es buena, pero la ejecución pobre. Bastaría con que consigan un buen empleado tipo Argus Filch para que mantenga todo en orden, son pocas habitaciones, no es tanto trabajo.
Adjunto fotos de la basura que saque del desagüe de la tina, eso lo arreglé yo porque me daba mucho asco que se encharcara el agua mientras me bañaba.
