For one night. Nice but doesn't have nice amenities. Breakfast is not included apparently even if booked at the hotel. Just make your coffee in your room. The coffee downstairs is sock water. Breakfast is not bad.

5-star hotel? Yeah right! This is absolutely the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. There is absolutely no way that this should be rated a 5-star hotel. This hotel deserves a rating of negative five stars, that's how bad it was.

First, I made the reservation online and was quoted at $1,600 pesos a night and once I arrived it changed to $1,900 pesos a night. Second, the wifi is terrible, can barely load a five-minute YouTube video. So if you plan on working remotely from here, don't! Third, there was no soap in the room to wash your hands and there were only two small towels in the entire room. This is absolutely unacceptable for a so-called 5-star hotel and they should absolutely be ashamed of themselves!

All-in-all, save yourself the trouble and don't stay here if you want to come and visit Queretaro.

They do not provide information about their restrictions when you call to book the room. The lady at the front desk has an awful attitude, zero respect for guestss, terrible customer service. You can get a much better worth out of your money somewhere else.

Comfortable rooms spacious and clean..will come back and stay for my next business trip.

Swimming pool is dirty and a bit cold, the smaller pool is even colder.
Dinner was great.

So far, check-in at the Queretaro hotel was problematic: no TV remote control; room keys didn't work twice (manager had to try with several cards); bedroom was very hot (27C) with weak AC requiring help from the hotel technician; and minifridge was warm then making strong noise when working.
Otherwise, found bedrooms comfortable and clean; the staff were kind and pool looked clean.
The hotel is well located though Uber.
In summary, it is an enjoyable hotel if the customer is open to spend time sorting out things.

This hotel has been awful to deal with from the start. We originally booked a 6 night stay for a wedding for a group of us and ended up cancelling due to the wedding being rescheduled. When I first tried to book the stay, I had to call several times to confirm we had rooms due to not getting a confirmation email nor did they take my financial information to hold the room. Every time I called and asked for someone who spoke English, I was often put on hold and hung up on or hung up on right away. We found out we were charged anyway for a large amount even though all rooms for the wedding were cancelled. After several of us calling and emailing they have repeatedly stated from different sources that they would refund us. It has been 3 months of contacting them about this and still no refund. If this is how they treat you before you get there I wouldn’t want to find out how it is when you stay. Not sure how they have so many positive reviews!
