From what i'm guessing this is supposed to be a supplementary location to Mercado La Cruz across the street to allow more vendors. However, because its brand new this location is still mostly empty and feels like walking around a storage facility. Was able to find something specific that I was looking for and couldn't find inside the market across the street (a USB) so it was nice. The rating is reflective of the current state and not the potential for what it could be in the future.
