Beautiful hotel and most of the staff are super friendly and helpful. Hector gets 5 stars for just being super helpful and always ready to offer suggestions for places to eat, things to see and do, etc.. Unfortunately, sound carries through the walls, so if you are neighboring a room with screaming kids (as we were for 4 days), it can be really unnerving. The location is perfect! You are within walking distance to all of the city center.

Good hotel with close locations to playas. Some dirt on cooler in bathroom. concierge didn’t help to manage baggage’s with 4 upu0026down tiny stairs with cactuses on side for 2d floor it take 3 times walks, even no offer for assistance :-). Very good coffee machine

The rooms are exactly as the pictures, it is really pretty and cozy. The service is excellent, everyone is really nice. It has hot water in the shower, functional AC and wifi. It has an excellent location, I didn't have to spend a single dollar on movement, you can go anywhere walking. Definetly would visit again.

It's an old house reconditioned to be a hotel. It's gorgeous and cozy. Beautiful finishes. Nice and quiet place, perfectly located in front of the city park and relevant places are within walking distance. Totally recommended.

Hotel is small and quint! Staff if very helpful and the place is spotless. Location is very good to access the Centro. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice design of the hotel and the rooms, Service of the recepcionist not excisting. No welcome, no help with getting the luggage on the 2nd floor, not properly dressed ... a shame, as the property has loads of potential!
