While the location is phenomenal, the location is truly pet-friendly and the staff is attentive, the toilet has no door or screen to cover it and the shower is transparent, which means that the (lack of) intimacy is more that of a 'love hotel' than the boutique hotel that MO17 purports to be. The breakfast menu consists of simple home-ccoked Mexican food, delivered well but late and inconsistently. I liked the place, but I did have higher expectations, especially for the price. But the dogs say they loved the place, so...

This is a cute boutique hotel with very unique room design. The reason I'm not giving it more stars is that the check-in took forever; the clerk was nice, but had no idea what the right wifi password was and failed to give important instructions during the check-in, like how to operate the AC and TV (it was not as intuitive). There was no soap on the bathroom either and I had to use shampoo for a couple of days until they finally refilled it. The housekeeping service was not very good either. Still, the location and vibe of the hotel are nice enough. I would probably stay here again in spite of the issues mentioned above.

The place is amazing in terms of architecture and design. It has a great location and a coffee shop inside available for guest and visitors. Although the service was nice the coffee was not as good and their menu has very few options.

My family and I recently spent four days at this magnificent hotel. The Scandinavian design creates a classy, comfortable, and welcoming environment. The people there were extremely kind and helpful. We loved the fact that the hotel is pet friendly, which is not easy to find in this country yet! The hotel is located in the downtown area in Queretaro City, which is full of historic places, beautiful plazas, and great restaurants. Toppermost of the toppermost!

Great place but terrible parking place ! Way too far from the hotel. People were kind but it should offer vallet parking and more tourist services in downtown Querétaro

Be aware of the 3 rooms that are in the front part of the hotel I think they are Room 1-3 the toilet and shower are in the same area of the bedroom really uncomfortable
