Today, 21 April 2022, we arrive to eat in and the first thing we are told..."sorry we don't have fries" One goes to McDonald's for burgers and fries, so that's a 50% fail. Ridiculous. How about "sorry you came for nothing, lunch is on us today!" Some sort of gesture would have been helpful. Especially sad for the children so excited to eat their burgers and fries with ketchup.

Several items delivered at the drive through were wrong on various occasions now. Come on guys, it's fast food, not rocket science.

Hi everyone, we had an itch for a McDonald's cheeseburger. The burgers were great, but our desire for french fries was a disappointment. The fries were cold and tasted like cardboard with salt ???? I'm sure we could have exchanged them but there was a long line and we a bit in a hurry. Other than that the place was very clean.

Fries were hard, sandwiches were sloppily made, box was full of juice. Sodas tasted like diet and we're overfull and flowing down the sides.

HATE the burgers at all McDonalds but everyting else is good. Your burgers make me very sick.

Just left this place. We got 3 breakfast deluxe with no hashbrowns, I asked for them and we finished our breakfast and nothing. Went to ask again and they said 3min more. We waited 5minutes and they had some for other orders and expected me to wait for them to make new ones. I left with only 2 of them. No apologies, they left the counter and I waited but got tired of waiting and left. What a disapoinment.

I have to admit that the service here is quite better than the other McDonald's at the city but is not good enough.
The staff rarely smiles... which is mandatory for a service place, and because it's almost like part of the brand.
And sometimes, it feels like they don't know the promotions or things that the brand is offering. Quite disappointing.
