(Translated by Google) Terrible service from the emergency room, a few months ago I went as it was the closest clinic to where I was. The reason I went was because I had a very deep cut, as soon as they passed me they scolded me that it was not my clinic and that if I got COVID it was my fault because it was a clinic with a high risk of contagion, they told me that my cut was very superficial, (clearly it wasn't) and they only dressed the wound. The next day when I went to see my family doctor (from clinic 16), he told me that the wound was very deep and that it was still open, for which I needed stitches, that everything they did to me at the Carrillo clinic was very bad. , they gave me disability and thanks to the attention I received from my family doctor, I was able to recover well. But imagine if I had only believed that my wound was superficial and had continued as if nothing had happened, that wound would have become infected.
In May I also had to go to that clinic since it was very close to my work and the truth is I felt bad, I was dizzy and nauseous, but it was due to a stomach infection, I had to go there because it was Saturday and my clinic was not it was open and it was the closest, the ladies who were at the window in the emergency room made fun of me and the truth was very unpleasant for me since I really felt bad, they only assumed that I was pregnant and that's why they made fun of me, already After that I went to a private individual, that's when they told me it was a stomach infection. That clinic is terrible, I don't even want to go back anymore, and even less with what happened to a girl due to negligence in that place, they should investigate and see how they are treating their patients, since they are putting Your life is at risk and if you don't like your job, I remind you that you studied for that and I imagine that you also applied to work at the IMSS. I only hope that no one goes through a similar or worse situation.
