This is a great boutique hotel. Perfect location. Close to all kinds of restaurants,shops and historical sites. The hotel itself was beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. It came with a safe, iron and iron board,, hair dryer. The price is very competitive. One thing we do notice here in Mexico is that people like to play loud music. If this is not your thing, you may ask for a quieter room in the building. But this may not be a problem for everyone. We highly recommend this hotel

I was alone and unfortunately my Spanish is not the best. I needed help with things and the employees were first rate! They were always available, helpful and kind. The restaurant staff as well! The food was also very good and fresh. The hotel was very clean and decorated nicely.

The hotel is nice, but I'm leaving only 3 stars because the restaurant was terrible. The torta was sad and dry, the shrimp tacos were greasy, and the mezcal was absurdly overpriced. 265 pesos per glass!?? Our bill for a light meal at the restaurant ended up higher than our hotel room.

The pictures are great compared to the actual hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms offered online are 431 sf, but the actual rooms are tiny, with tiny uncomfortable beds and uncomfortable bathrooms. In the end we had to pay extra to upgrade to a room that was the size of the rooms in all of the pictures. Also, the hotel is a bit noisy and it's difficult to get a good night's sleep. The restaurant (el Rinconcito) is actually quite good. It really makes up for the hotel's many deficiencies. Personal opinion is that one could always just stay elsewhere for a good night's sleep and go to "el Rinconcito" restaurant for good food.

There was no Air conditioning and still 5 stars. Spotless clean, well decorated with a nice basket with water and towels and such when you check in. The staff are SUPERB! It was such a relief to arrive at a place with exceptional service.

The hotel greatest advantage, it's the location: at the core of Querétaro's center, it makes it a perfect starting point to visit all the tourist attractions in the area. It's also in the middle of a nice alley, surrounded by a few outdoor restaurants. The rooms have a good size, with a small locker with a security box. The bathroom is small. It has a hair dryer attached.

There are a few problems: the parking area is pretty small (less than 10 cars) and is constantly crowded. The bathroom felt cramped. The indoor area is pretty small, an other than a small fountain, there isn't much else to see. The WiFi signal was surprisingly weak inside the room; pretty much useless. The staff's chief attitude wasn't good either, in different days. Look for deals, because the standard fare is definitely too expensive for what you get. There are better alternatives in the city.
