Excellent location , big parking, restaurant with Mexican food, the personal at the hotel very nice, the rooms are clean and the atmosphere is great ???????? like it

Great location and value for the money. Definitely get the Deluxe King Suite if available for an authentic experience - it's literally like spending the night in a colonnial mansion, tea room, antique furniture and four poster bed included. Also included - wonky plumbing. Maybe it was just our luck, but after no hot water for the first few hours, it then seemed to randomly switch from left handle to right and back. Very authentic.

Clean sheets, no A/C: Ugh!! Normal service. Hope they keep upgrading. Good location.!

Prices are pretty standard and location is quite good. The only issue is that noise goes through the walls very easily.

Confortable, clean, and with delicious meals place. With parking lot. And diebtown at 10 minutes walking

If you want to rest in a cheap, comfortable, and centrical hotel, this is a good option. The location is very near to the historical center of Santiago. You would have different options to brunch. The rooms are very clean and at night are very calm, you can rest very well. The service is very good
