My family and I left the hotel with bed bug bites everywhere! My 6 year old daughter had a total of 16 bites, not to mention mine and my husbands legs and arms! Room was outdated, shower felt and looked unclean. Staff was friendly. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Excellent hotel! Very close to downtown Queretaro. Easy access to the location

Price is good.. Very nice lobby, restaurant, bar and pool areas. However, halls and rooms are very dated and a bit run down. The beds are very hard. No elevators.

Beautiful spacious rustic place, amazing gardens, great restaurant, great and friendly customer service. Free coffe at the lobby, fast wifi... rooms are clean, old beds definitely can be improved, the carpet in the room and hallways is old and smells humid.

Busy but unequal hotel. Rooms are Spartan and mine had a big step to get to the bathroom, a sure way to trip in the middle of the night. Breakfast and lunch had minimal choice. AC took a long time to work. Internet was not working. In the positive side, good plugs to charge electronics at night. Turned out I was switched three times to different rooms. On the way back we had the same hotel.
But this time my reservation was missing altogether and when we finally got a room there were no towels. This could suggested lackadaisical approach to customer service l

I do NOT recommend to stay in this hotel, showers are bad, food is terrible and expensive. One waiter and restaurant male cashier are rude!!!! Very BAD experience, terrible.

Last year I went there, what can I say? I loved all. The service is super, all the employees are so polite and the rooms are comfty. I really recommend it
