The bad: The rooms are incredibly small. I asked for a double because I had a companion but the room was the same size but with 2 beds. This wasn't expected. They charge more for the double I would spectrum more "room" for it to. Now the good: the food and the attention is great. And by that I don't mean that people smile ant you all the time, I mean people are respectful and do their job efficiently. While on business trip what you need is first time right and problem solving. You are not there to relax you are there to get things done and go back to home base. I enjoyed my stayed. Will book there again, because mostly I travel there alone.

Horrible hotel. The rooms are small and there is almost no storage space for clothing and other stuff. The electric outlets are very poorly located and the WIFI is horribly slow. The bathroom is barebones with the shower only reaching lukewarm temperatures. When they cleaned my room they left no towels at all. I was unable to shower and called the front desk only to find out that they were out of towels. What kind of a hotel runs out of clean towels? There were no hand towels from the start either and no floormat for when you leave the shower. The restaurant was mediocre at best and the gym was like a sauna with little to no ventilation and no hydration options. Truly a disappointing experience to say the least. Don't recommend it at all. Spend your money someplace else.

I have stayed in other NH hotels throughout the world. I chose this hotel because I know the quality of the facilities. But this one looks that have been overseen by the brand. Even though the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was way below the standard for an NH hotel: the sheets were sandlike, no coffee machine, empty mini bar, no dresser ¿? The occasional seat was one of the desk seats, and we didn't get full size towels. I had to dry myself with a towel a little bigger than a hand towel. What's going on, NH?

A long weekend away in Mexico was exactly what the Dr. ordered for Thanksgiving 2019.

I got to see parts of this great planet I've never seen before u0026 never thought I would actually get the chance to visit. If you love history, Queretaro is a great place to visit.

Hotel NH Queretaro is a nice place to stay; it was clean u0026 the customer service was fabulous however, it's much further away from the points of interest that I was hoping to see while I was there.

It's 40 minutes away by taxi to the airport, it's located on a busy highway; however, it's within walking distance to several good Mexican restaurants and if you want AUTHENTIC, you can't get any closer than living amongst the locals.

I wasn't disappointed at all ... it was an eye opening experience that gave me lots to think about u0026 plenty to write about!

I'm not sure if I would travel specifically to Queretaro, Mexico again; however, I would definitely give Mexico another try!

Best pet friendly hotel, pets have extra cost, but it totally worth it.

Place is clean and nice. The beds are very comfortable, although the pillows are too soft for my taste.
