My family and I enjoy the restaurant there a lot. They have a diverse menu with great selection specially on their cuts of meat; the service is superb. They also have a great breakfast buffet. Is never too crowded and you always feel welcome and at ease. Recommend 100%

It is comfy hotel. Too cold temperature in rooms. At walking distance near historic sites.

It has very nice double rooms, with two beds, a great shower and excellent free wi-fi. The only problem for me were the lifts, you need your room's card to use it and the card reader doesn't work well. Breakfast was great and has alot of options for everyone.

Hotel is starting to feel old. Rooms are clean but there's some smell coming out of the AC. I also noticed a bad smell coming out from the shower drain. It's cheap and a good place to sleep if you're in town for a few days and don't feel like paying a lot.

I would be happy to put 0 (zero) star if the rating would allow me. There is not even a fridge in the room. The window is unopenable, one has to bear the bad AC mix. Also, the air in the gym is unbreathable. And what they call sauna!!! That is a small box with shower and steam. I with my wife will never use the hotel again. And I have to tell my client not to book us here again. Not to say that the staff does not speak any English. I believe Queretaro must have much better hotels.

Service is very good. Attentive staff. Rooms are big with ok beds, decent bathroom. The big show comes at breakfast. Impressive buffet to choose from fresh fruits to complex dishes, like "pozole" and "pancita" all so tasty!

I went for breakfast, even thought there were tons of people, the food was Nice...The location its fine, very easy to get. Also the people that work there are very prepares for the job. I didnt visited the rooms but I can say that the service is perfect
