The hotel is beautiful and perfectly fits with the colonial architecture of Queretaro. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes one feel at home. The breakfast is also wonderful. Would highly recommend.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was delivered quickly with great tasting Mexican coffee and Orange juice. No problem with Hot water. Rooms are a bit small but the the customer service and price makes up for it! Will come back

Pretty nice place to stay. People is very friendly and always trying to help, giving you information and recommendations to enjoy your stay/travel. Fully recommended.
