It did not worth your money, on the staying. Hot water if you are lucky early on the day. The room they give me. Has a broken window on the door. So no key need it. If they give you a room outside the restaurant you get the bad room. Food ok. I will not stay there next time. Look around for something better.

I went to the Restaurant Hotel-Meson El Obizpado in Querétaro downtown my family and me we had one of the worse service, they have just a couple tables with people, the food was late, my mom was waiting for the tortillas for her soup, when they arrive er soup was already cold, I was waiting for quesadillas, I have to go myself for them, when they brougth my nephew spagetti, the spilled the spaguetti over my mask, when they brought the meat, they spilled over my mom blouse, so she had black spots over her new blouse. I ask for the bill, they charge for one bufete extra, when I told them that we have only three buffetes, they said they were looking at us with the cámaras and we were eating from my sister and nephews buffettes, they accused us and that was a lie. They ask for the tip to split between all the employees, I left 10% they requested the 15%. WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Went to the buffet it was very good but it's very limited and the tortillas take for ever! The tortillas needs help cuz they got her making quesadillas, sopes and tortillas. Other than that great service!

Excellent food and Amazing service. A definite spot to visit when in Santiago de Querétaro
