Had a fabulous week in the heart of Centro Queretaro. Hotel is close to several plazas with live music and dancing on weekends. Great restaurants within walking distance too. Beautifully remodeled hotel rooms with a relaxing courtyard. Air conditioned room with super comfortable bed. Filtered water in room was great so you didn't have to go to the store to buy water for the room. Staff was very attentive and the breakfast made to order was delicious! I highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay here in the future.

Hotel Casa Once is perfectly curated to ensure you have a stay that is beyond comfortable. Every amenity, space, and little touch is thoughtfully designed with great care and adds to the overall experience in a way not often present in many hotels. The staff provides a level of service that is personal, professional and charming! Best bedding ever and really spacious rooms (we have stayed in 2 different rooms and they were both gorgeous). The location of this boutique hotel is exactly where you want to be to enjoy Centro Queretero. I can't wait to return to this very special place!

Beautifully decorated rooms and outside areas. Great breakfast. Felt very luxurious for the price. Staff super friendly and make the visit feel personalised. The pool is a great touch! Super clean, would absolutely recommend.

Sometimes you read a description of a place and just know it can't live up to itself. Casa Once is NOT that place. We had a terrific stay in Queretaro and will definitely book again. Located PERFECTLY, great staff, yummy made to order breakfasts, very comfortable bed, not the biggest room but amenities inside were very solid and it is just a beautiful place overall. Highly recommend this place for your travels through Queretaro. Great location to everything!!!! Thank you to the wonderful, accommodating staff. Great job.

Amazing boutique hotel! We enjoyed our stay so much that we changed our plans and added another night. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We plan to return again.

Casa Once is perfect. The management and staff are friendly and welcoming, everything is incredibly clean, and it has truly the best bed/bedding I've ever encountered at a hotel. The courtyard is beautiful and peaceful, and the included breakfast is lovely. I hope to return.

If you would like to experience luxury in the heart of the historical zone of Queretaro, Hotel Once is the place for you! It is a quick walk to amazing dining experiences, museums and beautiful cathedrals. The rooms are tastefully decorated, the beds are plush and comfortable and breakfast is prepared on location with fresh ingredients and served in the beautiful courtyard. Our host Eduardo , explained all of the features of the room in detail and helped us feel comfortable and even arranged an early morning ride to the airport! I highly recommend Hotel Once and wouldn't personally consider staying anywhere else in Queretaro!
