I liked the the people quite a bit, everyone was helpful anytime I needed assistance or help setup taxis and transport from and to the airport.
The water pressure was a bit lacking and i had to turn the hotwater all the way in order to take a shower that wasn't too cold.
The AC was 5 star though :-)

The service was not good. Usually there is coffee waiting in the lobby as well as hot water and teabags and sometimes cookies even. There was nothing here and when we asked for something from the kitchen they were not helpful. There was nothing in the room either. The breakfast was awful. We will not be staying here again

I think is good for business travelers. Location is not good. Breakfast is OK but always the same, eggs, beans, and chilaquiles, every day. No cereal, no pancakes, no pastries. They put too much water to the orange juice, like 80% water and 20% regular juice, not concéntrate. You are only allowed to one coffee Kit per day, per room. Not more. It looks clean but The elevator and hallways have a strong sewer odor. The swimming pool has some green stains at the bottom. The staff is not rude but neither friendly.

Stayed two nights for a congress at the city. The staff is really friendly and helpful, the rooms are wide, clean and comfy. The lobby is great for having a wonderful time with coworkers. It's not far from downtown, which is less than 40 pesos in Uber. I really enjoyed my stay and would come back.

Comfortable stay. Clean rooms, nice big beds. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Reception staff speak good English. I had a problem with my TV one night and they were very quick to respond and fix it. Breakfast is nice and food is hot, great selection just a little unorganised. Staff found it hard to keep up with clean plates, crockery etc, could have been because it was a public holiday, hotel was busy. Shame the pool was freezing, would have been nice if it was heated. Small but sufficient Gym. There is also self service laundry on site which is useful. Good location, easily accessible. Would stay again and recommend.
