This is my go to hotel in Querétaro. Great breakfast and great people. Always friendly and great to work with. Little store in the lobby. Mall with lots of great restaurants close 3 mins away.

Just ok. The location was out of the way. The pool was tiny, cold, and run down looking. The hotel itself was clean and modern but our room was so incredibly small. You couldn’t close the door to the bathroom without squeezing past the door to make room to close it. We spent the entire night trying to maneuver around each other to get around the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would not return to this hotel if I were in the area again because of the size of the room and location of the hotel.

Nice hotel with good service, comfy beds and quiet rooms at night. Great for spending a night or two or if you're passing by. The only thing I would change is that shampoo and body soap only smell like men, so maybe ladies wouldn't use it.

Great place relative to the price of the rooms. Super clean, the employees are kind and the restaurant is great. The pool is tiny indeed but for the price of the hotel you can't ask for more, overall you get more than what you actually pay for.

To be frank, we did not expect much from this Four Points on the highway a bit far from the downtown.

However, we left this hotel with a big, big smile.

The main thing that sets this hotel apart from the others is the well-trained staff. They are very informative, always with patience and authentic smile. They interact with hotel guests professionally while still being warm, caring, courteous without losing authenticity. We are very impressed by their enthusiastic and sharing attitudes, not to mention their eagerness to help hotel guests.

We are very surprised that this high level of service is consistent with all the staff we met. While being professional, they all maintain this genuine and down-to-earth quality, which is a real gem rarely found in a chained hotel. I also have to comment that the front desk staff all speak and comprehend English perfectly, which is not the case in some other hotels in the same country.

Thanks to them, we know more about the hotel and its wonderful local arts. We know more about the beautiful city and its nice restaurants and signature dishes. We know more about Mexican culture and the country. Mostly importantly, we make some good friends.

I always believe It's the human that makes the difference. The staff here has truly realized how a hotel can be more like a warm-hearted place to share instead of just a place to sleep.

** The hotel actually provides free shuttle upon arrival / departure (subject to availability I think). The taxi to town is not expensive either. Querétaro is very nice. Definitely worth a visit. And this hotel too! We left with many good memories!

I had a great two nights in Queretaro visiting family and friends Aug. 2nd and 3d of this month. Staff was very friendly and a great overall experience. But their is one thing that to this day still bugs me. I had notified the front desk that I was going to check out late. I placed the no disturb sign, yet someone was vacuuming for at least 20 min outside the door and banging the vacuum against it. With obvious intentions of waking me up. I was very upset yet did not want to get anyone in trouble and tried to sleep through the noise by covering my ears with headphones. Extremely unpleasant! Besides the obnoxious vacuuming, everything and everyone was absolutely fantastic. Thanks!!
