I went there to get some sweet bread, ran into a promo about paying 2 pieces and taking 3. When I was paying, one of the clerks asked if I noticed that the promo had already expired, to which I replied that the ad didn't have any expiration date, or any restrictions other than the flavour of the icing. I asked for a moment to go and verify whether I had missed anything from it, and confirmed that I didn't. I went back to the counter, the ladies had already processed my order and one of them told me that 'her boss had given it to me for free.' I was actually mad at her response, and I told her that I was conscious about the fact that I have to pay for what I take, but if they were offering promotions, it was their responsibility to make sure they understand what they are about, and removing whatever is not applicable anymore. Service was terrible.
