As a Business/leisure hotel, wifi connection is a must, almost half day lost; room cleaning is a must also if client ask for it, people with very good attitude but have to resolve issues

I have stayed in every Hilton and Marriott hotel in Queretaro. Almost all of them are the same class of "business" hotel like this one, and similarly priced. This one should be twice the price of the others. It's surprisingly modern. The service is great despite the difficult times. Other similar hotels (especially Hilton) have a small buffet with no staff. This hotel has a true sit-down restaurant, an actual kitchen for room service, staff assisting with bags, a nice new lobby, etc. I travel for work and it is nicer than equivalent hotels I stay at in the US. They even accommodated my sightly early arrival and late departure. If the hotel staff are reading this then good job and thank you. I could not have asked for more.

The hotel is really located in an industrial zone and taxi drivers seem unaware of it. The rooms are fine although the room temperature is set at 22.5. I personally enjoy room temperature of 20-21 to sleep but there is no work around solution...22.5 is what you get!

If you are a Gold, Platinum or Titanium Bonvoy, do not expect upgrades at this property since all those rooms are all allocated to multinationals with which they have a contract until 2022 according to the front desk agent who checked me in. Maybe Bvoy status members will be luckier next year.

Restaurant is closed at 2 pm on Sundays. Although I arrived on a Sunday the check in agent informed me of 10 pm closing time and I planned my day accordingly only to find out it wasn't even possible to have a drink in the hotel , let alone a meal at dinner time. Oops.

I forgot my charger and asked if they had one and I was informed they only had some for iPhones . Lucky me, I have an Android.

The desk chair has a mesh back but it wasn't usable. If you leaned back you would end up on the floor. All in all, this hotel is fine to catch a night or two 's rest but I won't be coming back.

My husband had to spend the night in the hospital. It had been a long day. This Courtyard hotel was wonderful. They were kind, helpful, accommodating, and attentive. My first room had an a/c malfunction. When it could not be made to work properly in a brief amount of time, they helped to immediately move me to another room that was heavenly cool after the heat of the day. The room was sparkling clean, and smelled nice. The bed was so very comfortable, as were the pillows. The bathroom was large enough to feel roomy, but not too much so, and had plenty of counterspace for my “stuff”. I got a beautiful night of much needed rest.

They make a nice cocktail and salad in the on-site restaurant, and the breakfast was perfect the next morning. I do wish they did not have that waxy Mexican butter (sorry Mexico. I love so much of your food, but not that butter.) though, or that watery Heinz mermalada. Go down the street and get some decent butter and marmalade or jelly!

The hotel is very good! The service is great! Why 3 stars... The buffet of the breakfast that we opted to include it in the payment of the room was very disappointing. The thing is that it is expensive for what it is, the quality of the food is not good. Sorry Marriott but you need to do something about it too stay in the "Marriott" level...

New hotel with some teething problems three months after opening. I was impressed with the housekeeping in my room and the willingness to please and solicit feedback by the wait and bar staff. Bell service in my case was excellent. Location has good access to principal roads.
