I had been told about the amazing experiences in Mexican cinemas but felt a bit let down by the venue. First impressions positive with a nice open entry hall and clean bathrooms. Also once seated the chairs are big and recline which was very comfortable with a table/chair service. That's where everything then stoped being great and went mediocre. The food we ordered just wasn't that good. It took 40mins to arrive, I would have at least liked to have the drink straight away while the rest is cooked. The plain hotdog was wrapped in foil and looked squashed with dense bread. It came with some jalapenos, Pico de Gallo, 4 tomato sauce, 1 mustard and 2 mayo. I would have preferred an extra mustard and less tomato to stop waste. The curly fries were warm but over cooked. My partner's sushi was quite dry like the rice had been left out. Nachos were ok but the container for cheese is half the size of the Nacho making it awkward to eat in the dark. Comfort gives this place some positives but disappointed with the food.
