Beautiful old beer factory renewed to be a bar, restaurant and cute shops. You can still walk around and visit old beer making machinery. Nonetheless the artisan beer is amazing with and insane variety of them. The place is open and is great for family and friends; they even have a stage for small bands to play in. I've gone about 3 times and not once has it disappointed me. You can even by artisan beer at a fair price to take home. Overall one of my favorite places in Querétaro.

An historic textile factory transformed into a craft beer brewery, beer garden, restaurant, café and cultural space with live music - all in one place! Had a tasty tortilla soup and the sampler with five beers for tasting. Great ambience. Went for lunch with a mixed crowd at the place - some people working on their laptops, families and others coming for lunch or drinks. Next to the restaurant there are independent shops making natural personal care products, ice cream etc. Definitely a place to come back to!

It was a cool location in an old factory with a lot of parking but the waitress didn’t know much about the beer which is necessary at a brewery. The food was only ok. Ordered burger medium well and it was red in the middle. Cajun fries were pretty bland. Pretzel was pretty good but needed salt. Some beers were not to style at all and some tasted a little “off” but also the waitress got all the tasters mixed up so we had to figure out on our own what was what. It was quiet when we arrived at 3pm but busy by 430pm

Visited this place during the week at lunch time. I was immediately surprised that a place like this existed in queretaro. It is a massive brewery with a variety of beers. I opted for a flight sampler and really enjoyed them all. Food is good and ambience is awesome. They also have a brunch buffet on Sunday but I don’t think it’s worth it. Go when it’s regular menu, which is not available during the Sunday brunch buffet.

Lots of beer selections, taster of 5 beers doesn't come with a list of beers they give you. Food had a good selection. Service was ok, sometimes slow but otherwise decent. Some beers are a bit over priced.

We went in for breakfast one morning. In general everything was good. But the coffee is terrible! The “refill coffee” is the weakest I have ever had. The Americano is not much better. And the espresso is bitter. If I go for breakfast again, I will take my own coffee.
