Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. I’ve gone to hostels better than this. We were told not to dirty the towels or else we would have to pay a fee. The towels were old and had some stains already. In addition, the toilet was clogged, and the walls looked dirty.

Excellent service. All the staff kind and willing to help. Good location and the parking is free of charge. The room are clean. Nice place to stay

Clean, recently renovated and has a courteous staff. Priced reasonably and access to major part of the city of Queretaro.

The place is very confortable, in the heart of the city is very cheap the teste good in general cool,
