I took her back to her "follow-up" appointment and they told me that she needed to be hospitalized again to get another HIV and Leukemia test. To which I did not agree, because the doctor who treated me (4 different people treated me throughout the process, giving me different diagnoses) told me that the treatment would not change anything if it was positive or not... So I did not understand why it was said Test. Today, I asked for his release because they told me that they couldn't do anything to him until I approved the last study. When they said that I would NOT change anything about the treatment I was undergoing. When I arrived for my pet I refused to sign the responsive, until another veterinarian will assess that he had been put in the serum (medicines that they did not want to tell me what they were) when he gave it to me my cat was bleeding from the leg where the serum was put . My cat is delicate and I only paid $1,100 more to have her delivered to me bled.

Lleve a mi gata el Domingo 19 de Junio a consulta ya que presentaba color amarillento y fiebre. Ese día me pidieron que se quedara un par de días para realizarle análisis de sangre (biometría hemática) y así tener un diagnóstico... El día lunes fui en el horario de visitas y no me dieron informes, solo que ya habían tomado las muestras de sangre y esperarían lo resultados y al tenerlos me marcarían para informarme, al día siguente (Martes 21) marque yo para pedir informes... Me notificaron que le hicieron un estudio extra (perfil completo sin autorización) para tener un panorama más acertado... Pero que aún no podían saber que tenía, que le harían un ultrasonido (sin costo, pero tampoco podrían enseñarme el estudio) pedí recoger a mi gatita ese mismo día, pues el costo de hospitalización, pruebas de sangre y medicamento fueron 7,200 pesos en total y para mí era un gasto no contemplado. Al llegar a casa mi gatita no volvió a comer ni a tomar agua en los próximos 4 días... La volví a llevar a su cita de "seguimiento" y me dijeron que necesitaba hospitalizarla nuevamente para sacarle otro estudio de VIH y Leucemia. Al cual yo no accedí, pues el doctor que me atendió (me atendieron 4 personas diferentes en todo el proceso dándome diagnósticos diferentes) me comentó que no cambiaría nada el tratamiento si era positiva o no... Así que no entendí para que era dicha prueba. El día de hoy, pedí su alta pues me dijeron que no podían hacerle nada hasta que yo aprobará el último estudio. Cuando ellos dijeron que NO cambiaría nada del tratamiento que llevaba. Al llegar por mi mascota me negué a firmar la responsiva, hasta que otro veterinario valorará que se le había puesto en el suero (medicamentos que no me quisieron decir que eran) al entregarmela mi gata se estaba desangrando de la pata donde estaba puesto el suero. Mi gata está delicada y solo pague $1,100 más para que me la entregaran desangrada.

Pagar $8,300 pesos para que no dieran el tratamiento correcto, mi gata estuviera peor que como entró... Creo que es cero recomendable. Y ahora veo la cantidad de denuncias por negligencia que tiene el Centro. Lamentable que siga abierto.
