This is my favorite hotel ever. Perfect location in Centro. An art nouveau palace, esp the gorgeous courtyard. My room was knockout. Such creative tasteful interior design. I esp love the recessed atmospheric lighting. Great breakfast and service. I left for 2 hours and when I returned my room was clean and bed made. Staff was kind and attentive. I would never stay elsewhere in Queretaro.

This place was stunning. Loved the rooftop to sit and relax after touring the city. We stayed a couoke nights,and had the Doña Josefa room - it was beautiful and very clean. Guest services was supper helpful in guiding us where to take our COVID test before our return flight. The clinic they recommended was within walking distance u0026 services were quick and easy. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to return!

Great place, will stay again. Room was clean and nice. Very good service and breakfast was included, which was a very nice surprise and food was very good. Big plus, go across the street to buy some really nice cheese.

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at! My fiance asked the staff to help him out to propose to me and they delivered with an A+!!
Also the rooms are incredible, the service incredibly good and even tough the place is in the middle of downtown, you have a lot of peace

Nice location in the core of downtown Querétaro. Attended professional event hosted on the beautiful rooftop. It can get quite cold in windy days so keep that in mind. Staff was quite helpful and attentive, making sure organizer needs were met.

The hotel is nice and the rooms are quite big. But there are some thinks i do not like. The rooms are really dark and the worst Internet is not working at all.
I left something in the fridge, called at the afternoon. It was spanish ham which I brought from Spain. They said to me that they had found it and they would send it to me. All lies, they kept it for themselves.
