I came to San Cristobal for the first time and stayed at Yox Hotel. I had an amazing stay, the hotel is very nice and clean. The beds were super comfortable and were perfect after a long day out and about in San Cristobal and the surrounding areas. We stayed in a garden facing room and loved the view out of my room. The breakfast is included and it is delicious, my favorite were the enchiladas. The staff is super accommodating and very helpful in setting up tours in the surrounding areas. The staff were the ones that would set up the tours for us and the tour guides would come to the hotel to pick us up every morning. I also like that the location of the hotel is walking distance to the main park and the restaurant and shops. Next time I come to San Cristobal I’m definitely staying here.

AVOID. Worst hotel we stayed in. Room is so tiny, that the bathroom door only opens 20 inches, so you can crawl in. There is no place to keep your clothes or luggage, no windows exepyt small one in the hallway. It is also not soundproofed. So we couldn’t sleep untill 1am and woke up with first people having breakfast at 6am.

The Staff Was outstanding friendly and helpful. The help us with all our little and big dramas.
The rooms were big enough and the bed was super comfy. A few more hangers would be nice... :)

The place is really nice, the garden and the terrace are simple but cozy. The location is very convenient and the staff is very friendly and attentive.

Rooms are tiny. Beds are tiny. And it’s horribly loud. You can hear everything the neighbors are doing. Nightmare.

Highly recommended! 5 stars with no doubt. We had a blast. Super nice staff (very personal and friendly - go out of their way to help you out whatever it may be), amazing service, way above the price you pay. Very nice vibes. One of my favourite places I have stayed in Mexico. Thanks a lot for having us! Will definitely be back.
